When should I start applying to full-time positions if I graduate in December 2022? I currently have an internship this summer in consulting at IBM. And last summer I interned at the Federal Reserve doing compliance and digital transformation. I don't know if I will return to IBM, but I will decide on that based on the experience I have at the internship. However in the mean time I want to explore and see what other opportunities there are. Any advice on when and where to apply for full-time?

Hello All, About 6 months ago I began a paid internship as an electrical engineer. They recently gave me a notice that my internship ends at the end of August. I asked if there's something they could do to hire me on permanently. They tell me to apply to jobs on the website. I was told that internships only go for 1 year. How is a 2 week virtual internship a life-changing experience? Is it worth the gushy thanks of support to everyone on their “journey”? I can’t stand LinkedIn.
