You should definitely be able to cancel. I had to cancel my Hawaii trip and had no problems. You’ll have to stay on call for an hour or more but it’s worth it to speak to a live human. I’m so sorry about your honeymoon!! Maybe you’ll still be able to go..

Probably wouldn’t wait on it. They’re hurting for money at the moment and won’t relinquish this, especially with the country likely opening up before then.
I’d push for a cancellation through your credit card.
Tomorrow
Our honeymoon was booked through United for June 2-10. United actually contacted us about our flights, but we still only get a credit as opposed to a refund. Hopefully delta comes through very soon for you! Good luck!

Check your flights to see if they’ve been canceled or weirdly rebooked. I had 2 Delta trips coming up, but I kept reading that you should wait until the airline does something that would automatically qualify you for a refund. I waited until they canceled my original flights and the system rebooked both trips on other flights that actually don’t exist any more, according to their web site. Called the medallion helpline and everything was refunded right away in less than 10 minutes.
I was actually in the exact same situation last week (cancelled June international honeymoon), and because one of the legs of my trip was on a partner airline, they honored a full refund because they weren’t offering equal value vouchers for non-Delta flights. If you have any non-Delta travel booked as part of the ticket, I’d for sure use that loophole.
Full cash refund and not a voucher? In the same situation and have a have 2 legs of the trip with a partner airline.

Try reaching out to them via DM on twitter, super helpful, and very responsive. I always go there first.
