I’ve worked for Marriott/Bonvoy at the Ritz and for the Curio Collection with Hilton as a bartender/server/banquets captain. Now I’m working for a privately owned hotel and as a manager role in Banquets/Events. Because of pandemic times, what is everyone else making?

Obv the online MBA is the most cost effective and probably easiest way, and it suits my current situation better with where I am not only in my career but where i am with my life.
