Hi Fishies,
Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.
Any suggestions would be helpful

Well ideally both, but if you’re going to pay me double my salary you could call me all sorts of names and I’d be alright with it. Depends on if you need the cash and if the title pushes you in the right direction. You can always put a more appropriate title in your resume.
Look at learning and future opportunities within the new company more than cash or title, hopefully it’s the one with more $.
I second this! A sanitation engineer is a fancy title for a janitor. I once heard of a sanitation engineer who made over 100k because he has security clearance haha.
Call me whatever the heck you want, as long as you pay me and give me time off 🤷🏻♀️
I recall interviewing with a company as a manager for their client service manager team. We agreed on pay although it was a tad lower than I’d prefer, but they would not budge on vaca. 2 weeks for all new hires even if you were a manager or higher / seasoned professional role. At the time, I wasn’t a VP in my prior role and they were offering as a VP position, manager title, but the combo of piss poor benefits and slightly lower pay had me ending the interview on the spot. No thank you! Titles don’t pay my bills or provide time off with my family.
There’s no easy answer to this, but it’s also a testament to the importance of networking and working with recruiters. Plus, you have to be able to sell your experience. Organizations know not all titles are equal.
I’m currently making 155 in LCOL area being a Sr. Analyst, title doesn’t mean all that much to me. If the money comes first I’m fine with the title following but I plan to stay here for 4-5+ years given my current experience with the firm. If I saw this as more of a stepping stone I might feel differently.

Do you mind sharing the company you work for? Currently looking for financial analyst jobs.
I think titles have become so ambiguous these days that money would be more important to me. I’m currently applying for new roles and every position on my resume I have adjusted my title to better demonstrate my experience and advertise myself.
Salary… cash is king.
