Anyone have an insight or advice about taking on freelance projects while receiving unemployment? I don't want to loose the income I will receive form UE for taking on a small project

Have you ever worked on pharma/healthcare projects that you personally disagree with (whether i.e how they do business, their political affiliation, their drug pricing, etc)? What was that project like and how did you deal with it?

Staffed on a project which seems to be heading for disaster. Oversold and understaffed. Is my performance going to be negatively impacted by other's failures? Such thing as guilty by association?

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We have yearly reviews in December but no talks of raise have been discussed. Any help on approaching this to my boss?

I am working on project which located at Mumbai location and I dont want to work from office at Mumbai Location. I am fine to work at Pune location i.e base location of Tech M. I am already serving notice period and last 20 days remaining. I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....
