Young professional with 3 years of retail banking experience, 1 year of claims experience, and now roughly 6 months into insurance sales. Between selling in retail banking environment and every month of insurance sales regularly pacing 200% or over to goal. Loving comp but not loving the call center environment and hoping to move to another lucrative sales position with less non stop calls. Any suggestions?

Serious question: Why’d we have to migrate our network logins to FCB Health in addition to our emails? Couldn’t we have just started listing our emails as “@fcbhealth” but logging in as “@FCB”?
Our old emails instantly forward to our current ones, so I don’t see why it couldn’t be the other way.

I survived a terrorist attack in the past (not 9/11 but conversations about 9/11 always remind me about it). The weird thing is how neutral the memories are, it’s just a thing that happened. I have 7 years experience as a QA engineer in networking domains,to be specific to WiFi/WLAN testing.
I started my career with a 6LPA package,after gaining 2.7 years experience,
Switched to Second company for 9.5LPA .
Switched to a 3rd company (currently working here) which is my dream company for 18.5LPA with a total experience of 5.11 years.
Though I'm happy with my work and company culture, I am not completely satisfied with the current 18.5LPA salary. I always have a feeling I'm underpaid.
