Yes, some Sparkling Ice, strawberry Starburst flavor, with some crushed ice, a bit of Whipped topping and crushed, freeze dried strawberries on top! Deliciousness!
Here’s a little trick I read about that drops me off to sleep in less than a minute every night:
1. Relax totally
2. Starting with A, try to think of either things or any words that begin with the letter A. Don’t describe them or anything else, just list them: aardvark, also, apart, apple, etc.
3. If you run out of A’s, go to B and so on.
4. You can make up lists like names or animals, or no proper nouns, etc.
5. If you wake up in the middle of the night, just do it again.
I use this every night and after months of insomnia, I now conk out in less than a minute. It took me a couple days, but once I got the hang of it, it was easy. I’ll often start anywhere in the alphabet just for fun. (I’ve never started with Q, though!) I’ve used it for almost a year, and it still works every time.

I jave an acquaintance who has go home after work every Friday and thoroughly enjoy her "happy hour" oof course then she has her excuse not to have any Friday night activities that requires any driving 😇
