I recently joined one of the big 4' and within first week I got diagnosed with health condition (migraine) and another one(personal to not be disclosed here)
Now I am unable to work due to this health condition and even if I take leaves, i am unsure how long till this gets better as day by day it seems to get worse
I feel like resigning and focusing on recovery but unsure of the repercussions. Can you guys help me with what I should do

What do you guys think about apps like BetterHelp and Talkspace? I understand they might have real therapists working on their content, but a lot of the marketing I see is so vague and broad that it feels like a lie. Rant: my boyfriend is so annoying with this diet! I GET IT. You want to eat healthy! But when you have your friends at our place every other weekend they order pizza and you devour most of 2 boxes! But when I want pizza or wings or burgers I have to hear a whole spiel. “Can we pick something healthier?” “You can order ___ but can I choose something else on the menu?” “I don’t knowwww” like MY GOD.
