Has anyone found success with products to help with eyelid elasticity? 28F and experiencing a lot of wrinkling/ skin sagging on top eyelids. It may be genetics but I admit that I have not been especially kind to them over the years in the way that I apply/ remove makeup (trying to be more gentle now). Have tried retinoids product that are specific to eyelids but that doesn’t seem to help/ just dries them out

Wife is 35 weeks pregnant and recently tested positive for Covid. Symptoms are mild to moderate. Doctor’s say no impact to baby if symptoms continue to remain under control. I’m at the point where I’m willing to quit with no other options, but want to see if theirs any safer way of taking a breath of life and grinding a little longer (I have loans, I financially support my parents, etc. ).

I'm currently interviewing for Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen roles. I have all the competencies required and can demonstrate all the skills through examples from my experience.

The issue I keep getting stuck at is my lack of people management experience. I have some people management from early roles, led project teams, agencies, and currently mentor people in the company. However the feedback is always lack of people mgmt exp.

What are some things that you splurged on during WFH?

Does anyone feel like they don’t want to go back to normal? On the one hand, absolutely I want to. I miss seeing friends, dressing up, going out, and traveling for work.
