Why do big 4 in the UK pay so poorly? Some salaries are as low as £22,000 per year, around £1,500 after tax.

How do people manage to survive on this? Whats is wrong with the UK companies or economy?

Whats even more surprising is the number of prople desperate to join companies like this despite the low pay.

I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional. We’re good friends and work together constantly because we’re on the same client, so I don’t want to make it awkward. Do I just do nothing and let it go?
