Why do so many people lie when applying for auto insurance. Had a customer today that insisted they had a clean driving record and agreed to issue based on the quoted premium. So the system pulled the MVR, the driver with a perfect record had a suspended drivers license and needed an SR22, a DUI and three at fault accidents in the last 2 years. Ultimately our system denied the policy. Gee I wonder why. Don’t people realize their MVR will be requested by every insurance company. Just be honest.

Can anyone explain that how project allocation is being done in Nagarro. And what is the level of interview for project allocation for a java developer role?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview. The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.
