They are like this…passive aggressive and indirect…plus afraid of being called racist
Because tattle culture is real, sometimes they don't even realize that it's in poor form because they grew up being able to trust and confide in authority figures... where as we all know what would happen if we were to do that, so we prefer direct communication with each other. It's honestly so frustrating bc like mentioned above a lot of the time they're afraid of being called racist so they avoid communicating and make things worse smh
I don’t think you understand ww culture if you talk about “trust” and “confide”
The only way they know how to exist is by passive aggressiveness and backstabbing
Some times people aren’t sure how feedback will be perceived and don’t want to create conflict that way. Your manager has a job to do to give you the feedback but it sounds like they didn’t do their job.
Honestly I’m glad they didn’t.
At the end of the call I bring it up again and she’s responding like she doesn’t really remember and can’t pinpoint if I did anything wrong. Why tell it to my manager then??? Mind you I figured out the reason she was doubting me was because SHE missed a meeting therefore didn’t have the full picture. I wasn’t letting her off easy. I told her I want her to relay this to my manager so that my manager isn’t thinking idk what I’m doing. I think that caught her off guard so let’s see if she does.
Haven’t been in that situation yet where I could test it out.
