Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

Religion attracts radical and extreme people bc they can satisfy their need for control. Just think how hard we (western world) worked to suppress Christian (mainly catholic lets be honest) radicals and extremists and we still have terrorists with ties to Religion and individuals pushing their religious ideas and beliefs onto entire population. Its harder in middle east bc they are not democratic societies but religious extremism is not exclusive to Muslims.

But it's not inherent in the religion. It's an issue of the institution. OP posed a question on Islam which I understood the region itself. Not a group of ppl representing/being part of religion. And given i know plenty of non radical Muslims who in fact are opposed to radicals i know its not an issue of religion but rather issue of people. People who have sick need to control others find religion to be easy vehicle for this control.
Btw I don’t believe in any religion however there are some that are dangerous such as Catholicism and Islam. As far as extremists go, Islam is definitely number 1
I agree with you. I was saying there are religions that pose their own threats and those 2 came to mind. Definitely not a great of a threat like radical extremists
This not a question that can be answered concisely. But to partially answer your question as to why Islamic extremists hate the West (Europe/America), it’s because Europe is the one place the Muslims were never able to conquer.

South America?
Radicalism comes from everywhere. Saying Islam is the only extremists is pretty narrow minded. Somehow everything breeds radicalism whether it be religion, politics, or just free thinking.
