Yeah I’m about to roll off and do not want to join a new project at all for these very reasons. Just want to be on the bench for months
Agree have gone through this but you know I think over time you do get better at coping and more quickly identifying the skills you have that complement a project. This is kind of the price of being a generalist
Over time, this teaches you flexibility and being able to handle changes quickly.
