Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
Does LTI accepts 3 month NP?.

My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

Deloitte experienced hires, who all received written offers and in process of visa/ onboarding, have you heard back anything about hiring freeze? Or recruiter asked you to delay joining date?
My visa got submitted couple of days back and waiting for decision. When I reached out to recruiter to give her an update and mentioned once there’s decision will discuss on the start date before putting my 2 weeks, she mentioned “Yes, we should talk before you put notice” - Am I overthinking? Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

Have you actually found an instance where a posting exists but the recruiter or someone on the team tells you that posting is bogus and they aren't hiring?
Otherwise understand that it's a huge firm and while some business lines have frozen, some are only campus hires, some are expanding aggressively.
If a posting is live and on, it means they're still hiring, the headcount may just be low
