Why is it that freshers in SLB are getting around 17-18 lacs but when I see recent salaries of technical leads, senior developers they are hardly in 21-30 lac range on glassdoor and other sites.
Is it because they are into support roles and not into R&D? Is there any R&D level work going on in SLB Pune? How much of technical work can we expect there as compared to other product based companies where you have worked?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile.
