Why is Microsoft not considered part of the FAANG exit club? They have more power to actually move tech in a given direction (esp. productivity tech) than FAANG, pay is similar, WLB arguably better..

I’m intrigued but I want to know 2 things:
1. Culture/WLB - how is it?
2. Realistic market opportunity/opportunity to crush quota (obv dependent on many things)

Does the gap of one month will affect job opportunities or interview calls for IT jobs especially in current market scene?

I know that some other associates at my level are approximately 30% behind other associates in hours on a month to month basis. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this? For reference, all associates are around the firms minimum requirement, it’s just that a few of us are 30+% over and it is leading to burnout.
