Why wipro deducts additional medical premium amount when medical component is already part of CTC?

Do partners know each other’s compensation? I see partners selling engagements for vastly different numbers b/w shorter ‘interesting’ strategy work and longer ‘boring’ transformations. Thoughts?

I have 8.9 years of tech writing experience. How much CTC should I be expecting when I join a new company. My current CTC is 20L pa (18.75 (fixed) + 1.75 (variable)).

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
