New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. I have passed the screening for BCG and McK, and will perform Casey and Imbellus respectively this weekend. Applied with 8 YOE in petrochemical industry. My question is about case interview preparation, I have been mainly practicing candidate-led style so far and don't have much info about interviewer-led approach that McK utilizes.
