Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global
I had an interview w/ the Hiring Manager at Boston Consulting Group for a position and it went so well that the HM said on the spot I was going to be moving onto the next round. Its been weeks since that interview & I've had to follow up w/ the recruiter 3x asking for an update. I mentioned interviewing elsewhere but prioritizing BCG. He finally responded to that saying he was going to debrief with the HM and get back to me but nothing... what gives?
Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

I have a feeling as it starts getting colder the delta variant will cause a large increase in the amount of daily cases, not necessarily hospitalizations but I think if this happens back to office might get delayed. Just my theory...:
most likely it will be a hybrid model of you having some days at the client site/pwc office & your home
sorry just noticed you work at ey but i guess you can assume that
You’ll be in office/clients sites some days, and home some days. Specifics depend on service line, team, and clients (for example, some clients want us back on site and some don’t).
Hoboken office is already fully functioning. NYC office has a soft opening next week. I would say that by fall people would be expected to be back to the office with some flexibility (1-2 days a week WFH). But of course everything depends on the teams you will be working with.
If you have remained in contact with your counselor or intern leader - I would reach out to them to get more insight into your service line specifics. But yes will be hybrid approach.
I did my internship with the Jacksonville, Florida office then requested a transfer, so I don't know anyone in the office. But thank you for the suggestion!
You should ask your team
I wish I knew who they were so I could but communication has been extremely limited
