Will I be expected to go into the office this fall/winter? I will be starting at the end of September with EY in NJ, and we haven't been told much besides onboarding will be online. Internship was completely virtual last summer but they sent an email saying the offices would start opening September 7th. No idea what to expect in terms of return to office/ WFH policy

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?
