Hey everyone has anyone switched to a diff big4? I am having issues on my team where they don’t think Im at level, but my team has not been good at feedback and or coaching I am an A2. I had been thinking of moving to another big 4 for awhile but being blindsided by where they think I am at, which I don’t necessarily agree with fully , is pushing me away more. Has anyone had a successful switch?

My career goal isn’t to make it to MBB or a unicorn or FAANG. It’s to feel fulfilled and challenged as I progress. I can’t be the only one that isn’t title or company chasing.

What made you realize that science was the right path for you?

If you’re at B4, would you get any serious consideration at M7s if you tried to matriculate right when you hit the 3 year mark (apply at 2)? I hear that a lot of MBB people do this but the standard timeline for B4 seems to be to matriculate at 4 YOE.

At what point in your careers did you know you wanted to gun for PPMD? Any point wherein you doubted yourself?

unhappy @ current agency & haven't sold any work in 8+ months. Went from overseeing jr teams & presenting to clients to being treated like an intern. Old cco said he'd hire me back. Bad career move?

Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview.
