Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase

Just like most things in life, nobody cares unless you start being a tool. You can use your Amex for personal stuff and just pay it off without submitting it for reimbursement.
I accidently order ubers on my amex a lot and just pay the bill myself. Never had an issue
My question is why you would want to? So many more lucrative personal cards out there.
You can - lots of people do. Just code as personal in GT&E and pay the amount yourself
At pwc we have an option to categorize expenses as personal expenses in our time and expense system. You obviously would have to pay those expenses yourself but you won’t get fired as long as you’re not charging them through.
I thought that was just personal expenses while working though. Not like being groceries or shopping
Not a problem.
My guess is that the firm doesn’t want you using it for your ‘regular’ credit card. But once in a while should not be a problem. As others have said, other credit cards give you some perks, so it makes sense to get and use another CC
If it’s an accident that happens periodically that’s ok. But policy states you cannot put personal charges on the card unless unavoidable. Like on a hotel bill that they auto charge you. But like going to Best Buy and purchasing a 2,000 tv will definitely raise questions even knowing that you will pay the bill yourself the firm doesn’t care because once it’s on the card, they are responsible for payment even if you don’t pay
No. But u better pay at the end of the month. If you become late or no paid in full, I believe the PPED is sent an automated email
I literally have spent thousands in personal use but I have always paid it off. Told my manager and he said it was cool but he would have my head if it goes delinquent
