I cleared the Interview for SDET in Oracle today in the Manager discussion, He asked about the Expectations and I told 25 lpa, He said we cant pay that much as Your current is 14.7.
I said I can be flexible and minimum i can go for is 22 Lpa as i have another offer of 25 but considering oracle brand value i am ready to go settle but he said I can't offer you this much and left the zoom call. So How much oracle is offering for SDET of 8 Years of Experience?

I left my old firm and started my own firm in September. I have already started to get client referrals and so far I am working from my home only - because it’s COVID time and people know Zoom now. I do estate planning and elder law, which lends itself to meeting clients at their locations when needed. Hi! Can someone recommend a source for learning how do simple, fun music lessons on Zoom? I teach first grade and use music for my transitions.
