I'm sharing my experience to warn others about the unprofessional behavior of French Recruitment Platform Hunteed.
My experience was a disaster. Beyond the financial breach, the most terrible thing was the complete lack of respect from their CEO, Sylvie Fleury. I've never experienced such disrespect.

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭

Any firms in London hiring US qualified associates into their capital markets practice?

Went to a severe non-target for undergrad. Most of my colleagues have 3 degrees from elite institutions. Is it worth it to get an MBA from H/S/W for some added credibility? McK will likely pay but $350K in forgone salary seems enormous. 740 GMAT

Does anyone have a preferred car service company? I am looking for a service that can consistently provide traveler alerts such as when car has arrived, passenger is on board, trip competed, etc. across US cities. I have found a company that will do this when I book travel in NYC, but when my Professionals arrive in their destination cities the affiliates do not offer this same feature. Any suggestions? CTC dilemma:
I have 13 yoe . I am working with a global Bank for past 9 years . My current CTC is about 18 LPA which is bit on lower consider side considering existing market conditions. At my experience level , CTC should be around 30 LPA or more . I am getting offers however HR speaks only about 30% hike over CTC . How can I correct my CTC as per market.

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

CIPD vs. SHRM?

Hi All, I’m thinking about getting certified in change management but not sure if I should go the Prosci route or CCMP route. CCMP is a lot cheaper compared to Prosci but would it measure up just the same?

I guess it would be similar to the discussion of the SHRM-SCP vs SPHR.

I will complete my Masters in Information Systems from Georgia State University this fall. Banking on my prior work experience of 5.5 years in SuccessFactors implementation (Deloitte USI), I am targeting similar kind of roles at Deloitte and PwC.
Interviewed with Deloitte for SCon position but the offer has not been released yet. PwC interview is scheduled next week.

We are seeing more pushback from employees on working 40 hours. We offer flexibility (wfh), 11 holidays and another 3 wks PTO. Seems like a good gig, I think, at 40-45 hrs. Anyone seeing this too?

I am currently a Senior Consultant in KPMG Australia’s human capital advisory function - however I have been recently offered a role with Accenture Australia’s human capital advisory function as an ‘Associate Manager’ with a 15K salary bump and an enticing bonus structure - with some very cool clients that they mentioned to me in their interview round. The issue is, my KPMG Partner has mentioned that I *may* be up for promotion nxt July. I am so stuck, not sure whether to take it or not.
