Working as a customer support representative has been both rewarding and enlightening. One memorable experience involved assisting a frustrated customer who was having recurring issues with their account access. They had contacted support multiple times before, and by the time they reached me, their patience was understandably thin.
Rather than just focusing on the technical fix, I took the time to genuinely listen to their concerns and frustrations.

Its good to move from Walmart to Gartner with 40% hike. The tech is same.

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. He also exhibits stalker like behavior by looking up my family online (addresses, emails, phone numbers, FB/Twitter accounts, you name it) and driving by my house and commenting on things I was doing during the weekend or after work. I am fed up with it and am starting to apply elsewhere. I don’t think I’ll be able to get the same total comp though. More in comments..

Hello all,

I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.

-Thanks
