Just heard that Bain in the Nordics is paying bonus to staff on sick leave & parental leave. How is the bonus set and what about McKinsey in the Nordics? Is this common?

Got a job offer from Standard Chartered Bank recently. Went through 4 rounds of interview and got an email saying I’ve been selected but they said it’ll take about 2 weeks to come out with even just a verbal offer? Is this common across banks in Singapore or are they just stringing me along?

Salaries have really been spiking. I am curious what the salary for a Principal/ Junior Partners would be in a mid-sized accounting firm now. In January I was approached for $200K for a senior manager role. Now a head hunter has approached me with $225K.

Thoughts on this offer? $145K base + 10% bonus + $5K signing (TC year 1: $165K). No stock. No RRSP matching. Role is BizOps Senior Manager (IC). Industry is Insurance. Is it too low? Thanks.

What's the difference between Senior Associate Technology L2 and Senior Associate Platform L2?
