Working at CGI as BA and enjoying WLB now. But pay wise am at 15 LPA here and iam into CGI's own product project for last 1.5 yr. Job security wise good! Got offer from Capco as Sr consultant 1 with 22 LPA. Client round not yet done. They said client round is after joining capco. Whether shud i take it up or stay with CGI for some more time cosidering current recession situation? . YOE- 9 years Capco CGI

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. Offered ctc: 25LPA
