Working into automation testing & currently working into Deloitte India. Have got an offer from BGSW Hyderabad and initially i was very much eager to join BGSW because of below reasons:

1. Product based company
2. Onsite opportunity

But now i am seeing lot many cons mentioned by former & current employees of BGSW like:

1. PIP
2. Hire n Fire policy
3. Average hikes(in single digit only)

I carry 9 years of exp and got almost 3.5 times hike of exp. Can anyone pls share their insights ?

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?
