Anyone with stage IV endo and recurring Endometriomas gone on Lupron after egg retrieval? I’m still on birth control but my doc said after egg retrieval (assuming we get a strong embryo), I’d get off of birth control and on lupron for two months before transfer. The reason I’m not getting off of birth control now is because it manages my pain.

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?

I used to hate growing up poor. Now I'm still poor but I've learned a lot of really practical things. I make most of my wooden furniture, know basic electrical and plumbing work, can cook and bake delicious food, can do most of the basics in car repairs, garden, and make a lot of my own clothes. I initially thought TC was 199k, but it’s actually 180k. Should I say something like “I was expecting 220. Is there anything you can do like a sign on bonus/raise base a bit to help get to 220?” To see if they can bump it up a bit?

I just don’t want to negotiate and get the offer rescinded.
