I have got an offer from JPMC and I have another counter offer . Just wanted to understand if there is any probability for the JPMC offer to be revoked if I am renegotiating with them? Also, how many days before my LWD should I ask for renegotiation?

I had technical and behavioral interview today at Deloitte Canada for visual analytics and information design position.
In technical round there was a case study to create visual data sheet and present it to technical round.

It went good they asked couple of questions and showed that at some point it lacks of continuity and rest thing is good. I have been told we will discuss and send details to HR and you will get update within few days. What are the chances that they can hire me ?

I’m so grumpy about new campus hires. Sometimes I’m judgmental (your hobby is “working on your golf swing,” really?). Sometimes I’m just exhausted by the worried earnestness. Sometimes I’m amazed that they seem to have zero useful skills, yet they’ll be making 150k easily in the not too distant future.

Are people with criminal records allowed at any corporations? I don't have one, I'm just wondering what level of misconduct is allowed on a background check for a large company to still consider them?

I had an interview yesterday for an AM position for a start up. The salary is 30k more than what I’m making now and it seems like the culture is much better than my current company. I have had the WORST experiences working with agency recruiters here in NYC lately (I’m shocked that getting worse was even humanly possible) - Is it just me or is anyone else dealing with this?

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️
