Would it be fair to say that Big 4 new seniors are underpaid in this market? I ask because I was planning my exit and thinking 80k (expected senior salary) to an ideally 95-100k jump to industry was possible.
Now that seniors are really only around 70k now, is it fine to keep the same standards for pay when exiting?

Hi there. I have been a reg nurse in a practice setting for over a decade. Just wanting to get an idea of what other practice nurses are on as a pay rate if possible as a comparison to hospital nurses as I'm keen on a shift into hospitals. I started off on 22, moved to 24 then 28. Moved jobs in order to get a pay rise and recognition and accepted and stayed on 32 for 4 years as they made excuses as to a pay rise.
