Would it be too risky to join a startup right now? Currently making ~110k TC. Have a chance to join a startup Series C I think for about $135k and 40k vested stock. I don’t know how to feel about the stock since it’s not like realized guaranteed value. I currently work 40hr/week. Can anyone share their experiences working at large startup? WLB and such

Which companies have best WLB, least stressed DS/DA roles? I’ve been suffering from some immunology issues and stress from work would worsen it, therefore I want to move to a company/role with good benefit (esp. healthcare) and great WLB (little chance of PIP, etc).
