Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

No. And No. Good luck!
I’m doing that! Clientside roles aren’t as flat as agencies (thus the rare amount of 26 y/o Directors). It’s a stretching beyond my agency experience, so I can’t imagine it’s detrimental in any way. However at VP I imagine you could swing a Director title!
Totally normal. Agency titles are crazy inflated.
It's not agency titles are inflated... the work in agency is not as easy as one would think. Managing multiple client requests isn't really a thing outside agencies, for example. That's not easy.
That said, if the money matches but the title doesn't... why does it matter? I've seen managers go to analysts too. Title doesn't matter
