Does Coforge pays the Variable full?
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Just signed the outside employment form in KPMG onboarding system. I actually wanted to start dabbling in creative writing as a potentially monetizable hobby, but I'm guessing this may pose issues.
Definitely interested in the "exception from this policy may be requested if provision of non-professional services doesn't interfere with one's duties of causes conflict of interest" clause, though. Has anyone been able to get one of those before?
I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

Not at all. I think I might actually implode if I had to somehow add another extra 10 hours to the average work week. I think at this point I value my own time more than almost any amount of money you could offer me.
Yeah I know what you mean. It’s a decent offer but I think I might kill myself if I work 10 more hours a week.
I might go for that. I mean, I wind up working extra hours sometimes anyway, so I might as well be paid for the fun. But ten hours, which I assume would be unending, is a big commitment. So I'd need to think about it, and maybe try to up that percentage. But I wouldn't rule it out.
For sure. I will counter it and see what happens on the TC. Hours are nonnegotiable.
Probably not - Using a a standard 40 hour work week 10/40 is 25%, knowing fully standard weeks are usually much longer than 40…. If there was some other potential upside. Maybe.
Thank you Director 1. My plan is to counter the TC and see what happens.
How many hours do you currently work? Is 10 over that number similar to ~15%?
And are these extra hours actually net new hours added on top or are you gonna be able to finagle just getting paid for the extra "unpaid" hours you already work?
I'd try to negotiate a higher rate but if you're open to the extra hours it could be helpful to have the extra money as a savings buffer in this economy and prove yourself as more valuable to the team if layoffs come around.
I’m waiting on their decision after I countered back. At this point, I will be walking away if they don’t budge.
