Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.

The catch is I already file my tax without those FICA tax. Should I pay them and file tax amendment?

I have some collections on my credit report. One from an electric company for $800 (imo they violated terms of contract and sent me to collections in spite of their fuck up), and an apartment for $80~ that charged me a cleaning fee when my apartment was spotless.

Despite these two collections have a 712-720 credit score.

So mortgage lenders care at all about the collections or is it mostly the credit score that matters?

Noob question on selling puts- I just sold a weekly put that I WANT to get assigned. New to US. Which brokers offer best margin accounts? For e.g. I have equities worth $100K and want to trade options. Is there a broker where I can do so without paying more in collateral money - essentially using stocks as collateral, and also not paying margin interest. Was able to do so in London, Hong Kong, and India. However, Robinhood here doesn’t seem to allow it.
