You can tell a company’s culture is low trust and the leadership is mediocre based on how efficiently they move forward with their candidates. If your candidate experience is causing you to lose candidates change it. If you have to have 6 rounds no interviews and make a candidate do a 2+ hr project.. Find something else to do in another industry. The mediocrity is what's killing your company desirability with candidates.

I've gotten the Deloitte D launch orientation survey. Me start date is on the 16th (less than 2 weeks). I've emailed BI onboarding twice, called my recruiter asking if they are ok with background/employment verification check and I've not gotten a response. Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I have had cramps in my abdominal area since a few hours after the massage. Not sure if it’s cramps or stretching pains. Drinking a ton of water to flush out toxins, but is this pain normal?
