Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??
I have received offer from sales force as a analyst planning(same as current profile) , the package is 200%more than what i have now but its a contract job. Is the work culture at Salesforce banglore good even for contract workers. How is the pressure and risk? are contract employees treated well too?
I’m currently working in Citi as an AVP in Mumbai for the past 9 months.. due to personal reasons I wanted to move back to Pune (I have worked in Pune for last 8 years before coming to Citi) so I landed up with an offer from HSBC into Wholesale IT (GCB5).
My current Fixed CTC in Citi is 26.5 excluding PF and Retrials and HSBC IT has offered me 30.5 for the same and said they cannot increase further as am moving jobs in after 9 months which is too early..

ZS perspective here.
Recruiters and hiring managers will care about relevance of your projects, not your firm name.
Is you goal to stay in life-sciences? Are you doing work in ZS that you see yourself doing when you exit? If so staying with ZS makes more sense, LEK will not give you significantly better exits unless you wanna go to Pharma BD department.
Our WLB is still better according to a few people I know in LEK. You will also likely get your TC decreased at least in the short-term as it should be around 200k-210k as newly promoted M?
If you wanna do PE/BD, LEK is definitely a much better firm.
LEK perspective here from life and comp. I only know 2 people at ZS but based on that, I presume you will work more here unfortunately. That being said, our consultant role does act as a project leader in a sense given our managers are 50% allocated to 2 projects. For consultant comp, you could be up to 200K with profit share (I forgot exactly numbers but could be higher) and manager comp is relatively high for industry (average is around 325K I believe)
In a very similar situation at Deloitte and I chose LEK. Happy to chat if you would like OP
Starting in a few weeks
Thank you both!
Let us know what did you choose :)
