Manager range is $175-$250 including bonus, although ZS is notoriously unclear about it and those numbers are a combination of personal conversations and Glassdoor.

Managers who have been managers for 7+ years? Usually manager only takes 4-5 years before promotion to AP

How do you price your offer in a bidding war? Recently put down an offer and got informed that there were 6 other bidders. Seller is asking for final and best.
