Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

I gave interview in Amazon and cleared all the rounds , then went on hold and still on hold due to hiring freeze in that departement. HR does respond and update me when reached out.
Interesting thing which happened here is iam cracking each every product based interviews now after my tough preparation for Amazon and getting higher packages than what Amazon would give. So whatever happens , happens for good. Cheers Amazon

TBWA NY recruiter?
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

It's an interesting thought. I remember learning that ACD is kind of a made-up layer that started in the U.S. but doesn't exist everywhere. Kind of another invented layer that helped build staff while limiting who reaches CD. Like how WK has unranked creatives, below CD. Maybe with the reduction in staff and overall advertising workforce, the ACD title no longer has the same reasons to exist?
Titles are changing a lot. The normal responsibilities under ACD are moving to other roles. At least that’s what I’ve been seeing. Good reason to double-check what the expectations are and not just look at the job title.
I’m seeing fewer ACD roles posted, too, but I think it’s more consolidation than extinction. Some agencies are folding ACD responsibilities into “Senior” or “Group” titles to cut layers, which makes those openings rarer.
