How important is it to have >100% utilization at year and and looking for a promo? Currently in high 90%'s and considering burning vacation to hit triple digits...

Not getting promoted, on the bench now for a week and reluctant/unmotivated to get staffed b/c my utilization won't matter at this point for YE or next year. Can I chill or will I get in trouble?
