Slalom XM 2017 bonus %? I (sr engineer) was told I was awarded the max due to almost 100% utilization but it was only 4% compared to ~10% last year

Beyond utilization and training, what other metrics are important at YE? Five got a slide on projects and one on initiatives. Am I missing anything?
