Deloitte friends: any benefit to exceeding utilization targets? Project requirements mean I can't take pto before YE but I'm taking for 97%...

Difference between utilization and adjusted utilization? Utilization is below 80% but adjusted is 99%.

KPMG folks, if you log 8 hours as PTO on a given day and then also log billable hours on the same day, will that inflate your adjusted utilization %?
