The processing time for regular h1b amendments or anything is 3-6 months. Does visa stamping get affected due to this or can I still get stamped while the amendment is in process? PS: My current visa stamp has expired and hence getting a new stamp

Currently working in Arizona hybrid under my H1B status. My company is also located in AZ. I mostly do not need to go into office unless needed. Hi everyone, I recently joined amex 7-8 months back as a risk analyst. It is a decent role but I don't see a future as a risk analyst.
