So I recently got an offer from Deloitte for an Audit associate for $69K with no sign on bonus. Is this the standard rate? I feel like this is irregular since tax consultants get paid $72k starting. I feel like they are trying to undersell me since I'm transferring from a different service line ( tax). Regardless of that I have 2 internships worth of audit experience previously and will get my CPA on time . I know that big4 doesn't negotiate but should I ask for more? And if so, how?
I have recently got selected in tcs and I have 10.5 years of experience with 25 LPA. Now for salary negotiation hr is asking me to go with ur current pkg otherwise it will be dropped bcoz it's already very high pkg for them. What should I do if I have an offer of 29 LPA from other company? Tata Consultancy@

Hello Folks,
My LWD with current organization is on 30-Sep-2022.
I have an offer with HCl and joining date is on 3-oct-2022.
I have cleared the TCS technical and managerial round and got an email to upload the documents to proceed further with HR discussion, an I have done it yesterday.
But my priority is to go with TCS, but the doubt is will TCS provide offer or joining letter before 30-Sep-2022, because only 6 days left to complete my LWD.
Any suggestions to handle this.

I know a case where a man sent his wife to germany, few months later she sent a divorce request back home. Now she is married to a german man while the guy is still rotting here in India, and gets PTSD everytime someone mentions germany.

What is allowing his wife means? We are in 2022 or in 80's or 90's still men have privilege to allow or deny
If wife or husband can have new relationship in Germany or any other country, it can be in India too, it's more of person morals than location.

i hve lived in germany and can suggest something which may help. If you are into technical domain, getting a job is relatively easier and you can now move on a work seeking visa. Unless you have kids , its very easy to have great savings even if 1 of you are working. Schooling is costlier and prefer bi-lingual which is almost .1 times of the IB schools.

That's good choice. Ya in this way once your wife completes her education she can support you. Yes you can work in ey if your role has relevance there.
Since Germany expense will be more but in long run it will be good !!
