Can anyone give me a rundown on Silicon Valley Bank, have an interview the company this week, what’s the culture like? Pros? Cons? Because Glassdoor is all over the place. Thanks!

Interview for a Data Analytics consultant role and have been told there will be white-boarding exercises. How would you prepare for this? I’m guessing it will mostly be SQL but don’t want to assume.

Is it wrong/bad to accept a job offer for a position which you have gone through the interview process for that requires 2 more years of experience than you currently have? It is for SC at B4. I just recently became C.

I interviewed for an employed role and knocked my business plan pitch out the park, but could tell I disappointed them with my technical. By my own admission I’m lacking in this area as only have 1.5 years experience with a poor manager who only had me focus on biz dev.

They asked me what my salary expectations are but had already hinted my experience would knock me down a pay grade.

Have been hunting desperately for childcare bc spouse and I are both FT lawyers trying to handle 4 immunocompromised elementary age kids at home but have been striking out. I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.

I am done with my HR round. And said I am selected in Siemens, balewadi, but not yet received the offer letter. Its been a month now They are waiting for approvals. Any idea when will I get the offer letter.
