They wouldn’t waste their time with a call if it was rejection
Based on my experience, not trying to get your hopes up, it sounds like maybe you might have gotten it. I don't think HR would be wasting time with a phone call to reject you. Stop stressing, OP! Good luck!!
didn’t get it. had to get interviewed by the client and the client wanted someone with more xoerience while the agency was aligned with bringing me on board. she wanted to explain that via phone and said that the next time something opens up they want me.
i’m a nice person why is this happening to me??? Seriously HR PEOPLE if you are reading this why?? why not do an old fashioned rejection email? why limbo? how am i going to sleep? please weigh in/send xanax laced with cyanide because i want to go gently into the night
Facebook will call you to say you didn’t get it. And make you wait all weekend. They consider this good people management. I hope you get great news op. Go to the gym and sleep through the wait
Even if it is a rejection call, take advantage of the opportunity to hear the feedback, ask questions and learn from the experience for next time. Rejection sucks, but if it’s not meant to be at least grow from what you learn and success will come. Good feedback is a rare gift in an interview setting. Use it.
Chill. Accept now that it’s a No. That way you can only fall up.
Thanks for sharing what happened OP. Stupid clients! Hopefully they will think of you next time.
thank u leo b appreciate the sympathy. i’m currently crying into a bowl of spice soup, partially because of dissapointmwnt but also because it’s so spicy
I think it literally means they are consolidating feedback and will get back to you. They may not know.
but also i’m pretty sad so there’s that. thanks for going on this ride with me !! LOL FML 🔫🔫🔫🔫
They may have asked another internal team to interview you if it’s a better fit (another account, or same account but different team, etc.). Good luck!!!
user experience 1 noooooooooo
I had this same thing happen and on the call, they said they were going in a different direction
And the outcome?
I lean towards thinking it isn’t good
