I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?

“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company?
