How do you respectfully and professionally decline to continue interviewing at a place when your reason is that you've recently found out from an insider that their culture is toxic AF?

Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. I’m interviewing for other jobs, and have a potential offer at $130K base. Any idea what the market is like? Is seems like anything between 72K and $250K is possible.
