Want to interview for BCG data engineer principal/ manager role in coming weeks. Anyone willing to refer?

Am interviewing for a director, product role at a SaaS unicorn fintech. Currently a principal/associate partner in a boutique strategy firm, have 16 years of total work experience. Would you know if I am interviewing at the right level? (Still learning how the levels in a product organization match against consulting levels). Any pointers?

Pkgs are similar. Feel 3 is the best, but waiting for the final interview. Got offers from 1 and 2, but cannot hold too long. Should I risk and wait for 3? Plz advise!

ZS people, Is it normal to go through the process there without actually having a case interview (C role)? I have my third interview and recruiter said this would be the final, for a C role and I have already talked to a M and another P and this one is with a P too. Role is for C that works on one of their products(could this be potentially non client facing? Principal I talked who leads the product to said that it is client facing). Recruiter set expectation of salary about 165k base.

I was interviewing for McKinsey in the defense and security industry (clearance needed) and thought I did absolutely great on the first business case. The second, however, was with a principal that had very different political views from my own (I’d done some research on her LinkedIn). The business case felt different from any others that I had studied and felt like an attempt to get political without directly doing so. I was quickly rejected following the 2nd interview. Should I try reapplying?

They all told me that they got the call from the principal the next day itself saying that they were hired. Now, that I didn't get the call the next day, I'm very anxious and can't stop thinking about the outcome. Can anyone else who works at ZS confirm if the principal everytime calls in 1 day or it may take more time

Yesterday I had an interview with a large firm. Principal role. Met with hiring exec. Went 2x as long as scheduled. Felt comfy. Fingers crossed.

Lat. firm requested 2 partner reference at current firm. Provided 3, but they were not the principal partner I worked with, who is unhappy to lose team (me and another assoc), since I’m afraid of retaliation (and said partner is also mired in HR issues currently). However, the partner was mentioned during the interview as someone I worked with, so I feel scared now that my lateral firm partners are wondering why I didn’t include. I’m tempted to send a follow up and include them, but unsure...
