I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.

1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

I just accepted an offer in writing. The new job will start the background check next which I’ve been told it may take a while to complete. My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice. I don’t anticipate any hiccups in the background check but is it wise to wait until the background check is complete before turning in my notice?

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment? I started working for a European firm from India, it's a permanent position in Belgium but I am unable to travel as of now due to covid and family situation.

Please suggest about taxation, what would be consequences of not being there in Europe and continue working from India for around 10months of a financial year.

A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise. Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.

Which do you use (if any estate planning) and why? Recently talked with a layer on getting a will and they are trying to steer me to a trust.
